Job Title: Growth Associate

Job Summary
- The Growth Associate will drive the acquisition and retention of
recycling partners within an assigned territory. The role involves
sourcing, onboarding, supporting, and managing field partners.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard Agents, Processors, Merchants, and Logistics
Partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partner activities, and
onboarding.
- Follow up with partners and resolve field-related issues.
- Support material recovery, partner training, activations, and asset
delivery/recovery.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE certificate.
- Must have an Android phone and basic technology skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the assigned local area.
- Passion for sales, growth, and community impact.
Salary
N150,000
- N220,000 Net Monthly + Commission.
