Job Title: Non-Retail Store Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The National NRS Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of all Sales Representatives managing NRS Customers across Nigeria.

  • This role involves strategic planning, policy development, performance tracking, and execution to ensure achievement of national sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Sales Representatives across the country who are responsible for small retail customers

  • Design and implement scalable sales policies and operational frameworks.

  • Develop and assign KPI targets to Sales Representatives and evaluate their performance.

  • Conduct regular performance grading and reporting.

  • Work closely with the National Retail Manager to align strategies and share insights.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance to sales policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop action plans to optimize coverage, sales performance, and retailer engagement.

  • Oversee and support execution of promotional campaigns and product launches at the small retailer level.

  • Ensure consistent reporting, feedback, and communication between the field and HQ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).

  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in sales management within the mobile or FMCG sector.

  • Proven track record of managing field teams across multiple regions.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and policy implementation capabilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.

  • Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.
