Summary


  • The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with ITEL Mobile Nigeria’s most important client (SLOT LIMITED)

  • This role will ensure sustainable growth and strategic alignment of ITEL’s objectives with those of key partners.

  • The Key Accounts Manager will lead account strategy, negotiations, execution, and performance management across multiple regions.

Responsibilties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and market share across assigned key accounts.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at major retail and distribution partners.

  • Lead end-to-end management of account negotiations, renewals, and strategic initiatives.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Retail) to deliver value-added solutions.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contractual agreements.

  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to guide product development and promotional strategies.

  • Represent ITEL Mobile Nigeria at key industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).

  • 2+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the mobile, telecom, or FMCG industry.

  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-naira portfolios and drive growth.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.

  • Ability to travel across regions as required

  • Revenue growth from key accounts

  • Sales target achievement

  • New business development within key accounts

  • Client satisfaction score.
