Key Account Manager

Reporting to the
Managing Director-Intelligent Infrastructure, the incumbent will develop
business objectives and implement sales operational strategies across the
government, financial, IT & telecommunications and utilities verticals in
line with our corporate objectives.
The key
responsibilities for this role include:

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across multiple
product/service lines
·
Clearly articulate and develop sales strategies, objectives,
targets and plans and effectively execute and achieve results in alignment with
plan
·
Proactively engage prospective customers and win over their
trust by clearly understanding their needs and advising the best course of
action to resolve their issues

Proactively build and maintain network of top decision makers

Qualifications
and Experience:
·
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, Sales
or other related field

Master’s degree will be an added advantage
·
Extensive experience in an aggressive sales role; IT related
sales experience will be an added advantage; Experience managing
enterprise-level accounts desired

At least 6 (six) years’ experience, with 3 (three) at a

Senior Legal Officer

Reporting to the
Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs, the Senior Legal Officer shall be
responsible for matters relating to:-

Providing advice on legislative and other legal matters
pertaining to the Company
·
Drafting and reviewing legal contracts, leases and agreements on
behalf of the Company
·
Handling Intellectual Property/Patents, and Labour Law matters
·
Providing legal services on litigation which includes liaising
with external lawyers in cases under litigation

Carrying out research and preparing legal opinions
·
Ensuring compliance by the Company on statutory matters
Qualifications
and Experience:
·
A Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from a recognized University. A
master’s Degree will be an added advantage

An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a current practicing
certificate

A minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience
·
Strong background in commercial law, litigation, research and
drafting skills
·
Proficiency in legal drafting with greater emphasis on preparing
Commercial Instruments

The key duties
and responsibilities for this role include:

Qualifications
and Experience:

Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, IT and Computer

Strong knowledge of internetworking designs and their
applications, to include complex routing techniques on LAN/WAN networks, IP
Telephony/Unified Communications, Security and network diversity applications

Accountant

The successful
candidate will prepare the financial and cost management reports, maintain
banking and cash records, maintain payables and receivables accounts and the
fixed assets register.
The key duties of
the role include:

Maintain, prepare and reconcile all records of income and
expenditure and prepare monthly and annual financial reports

Ensure appropriate systems are in place to account for all
incoming and outgoing monies
·
Monitor office facilities to ensure that they remain safe,
secure, and well-maintained
·
Coordinate all support services including insurance, leases and
permits for staff
Qualifications
and Experience:

Business related degree specializing in Accounting or Finance
·
Qualified holder of CPA(K) or ACCA with at least 3 years post
qualification experience

·
