Job Title: Account Manager - B2B (Business-to-Business)

Job Summary
The B2B Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales or client relationship management, is results-driven, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Understand clients’ business needs and present tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, finance) to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
Handle contract negotiations and renewals.
Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting.
Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to strengthen business relationships.
Stay informed on market trends, competition, and customer insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years’ proven experience in B2B account management, sales, or client service.
Strong understanding of business development and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Willingness to travel as required.

Experience managing enterprise or high-value accounts is a plus.
