Summary
The General Manager is the strategic and operational head of our luxury hospitality operation, responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and positioning of the business.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished hospitality leader with a proven track record in 4 to 5-star properties, blending commercial acumen with emotional intelligence, operational discipline, and a passion for world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term strategic and operational plans aligned with the brand’s vision and market positioning.
Lead expansion strategies including new market entry, F&B concept development, and service innovation.
Oversee the daily operations of the apartments and hotel, ensuring consistent execution of luxury service standards.
Establish SOPs for all departments and ensure operational alignment across F&B, Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Guest Services.
Monitor guest feedback, conduct regular audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive profitability through strategic budgeting, accurate forecasting, and effective cost control.
Monitor key metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and EBITDA to inform data-driven decisions.
Implement robust revenue management systems to optimize room and table inventory.
Oversee the execution of 360° marketing campaigns targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and global travelers.
Cultivate high-impact relationships with travel trade partners, luxury concierge networks, influencers, and media.
Ensure the brand is represented with distinction across all digital platforms, including social media, OTAs, and guest review platforms.
Personally engage with VIP guests, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Build, inspire, and lead a best-in-class team dedicated to service excellence and innovation.
Create a performance-driven culture supported by KPIs, coaching, mentorship, and career progression.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
8 - 12 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
MBA or hospitality certifications is an added advantage.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-functional teams and delivering operational excellence.
Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into strategic action.
Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality service trends, guest psychology, and experience design.
