Job Title: Marketing Manager

Description
- We
need a young, vibrant Marketing Manager to join the Team as part of our
expansion programme.
- It is
expected that the prospective candidate has knowledge of Real Estate.
Responsibilities
- Generate
sales of properties with existing and new prospective clients
- Develop
and increase sales by following up on potential clients through
inspections, sending cold emails, calls etc
- Develop
innovative ideas to boost sales using social media platforms
- List
details of properties for sale on all company’s marketing platforms
- Develop,
establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organizational
objectives.
Required
- A BSc
Degree in Estate Management or Business Administration with 3 - 4 years
post graduate experience in the Real Estate Sector as a Marketing Staff.
- Excellent
communication skills
- Applicants must reside
within Lekki or Ajah axis.
Remuneration
N300,000
monthly with commission on Sales.
