Summary
- We
are seeking ambitious, intelligent, and customer-focused graduates to join
our team as Graduate Trainee Relationship Officers.
- The
successful candidates will undergo structured training and gain practical
experience in customer relationship management, account acquisition,
sales, business development, and financial product promotion.
- The
role is suitable for graduates who are passionate about building
relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing a career in banking
and financial services.
Key
Responsibilities
- Develop
and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify
and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers and grow the customer
base.
- Promote
and sell the bank's products and services, including savings/current
accounts, loans, cards, digital banking solutions, and other financial
products.
- Conduct
market and customer visits to identify business opportunities.
- Generate
leads through referrals, networking, direct marketing, and other approved
channels.
- Understand
customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate products and
solutions.
- Support
customer onboarding and ensure proper completion of account-opening
documentation.
- Follow
up with prospective customers to convert leads into active customers.
- Maintain
regular contact with assigned customers and provide excellent customer
service.
- Assist
customers with enquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate
team.
- Monitor
customer accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and
up-selling.
- Meet
assigned individual and team sales, acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions, prospects, sales activities,
and follow-ups.
- Comply
with all applicable banking policies, regulatory requirements, KYC
procedures, and internal controls.
- Participate
actively in training programmes, coaching sessions, team meetings, and
performance reviews.
- Prepare
and submit periodic sales and customer activity reports.
- Perform
other duties as assigned by the Relationship Manager or Branch Manager.
