About
the Role
- We
are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented People
& Admin Assistant to support day-to-day Human Resources and
administrative operations.
- The
ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of
handling confidential information while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key
Responsibilities
- Provide
administrative and HR support to the People/HR team.
- Assist
with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel
records.
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.
- Support
attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.
- Coordinate
meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Assist
with general office administration and procurement of office supplies.
- Support
employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Prepare
reports, documents, and other administrative materials as required.
- Handle
confidential employee and company information professionally.
- Perform
other administrative and people-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Please
note: The following requirements are strictly non-negotiable:
- Female
candidate.
- Not
above 28 years of age.
- Minimum
of a Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Management, or a related field.
- Must
have completed NYSC.
- Minimum
of 2–3years’ relevant experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong
organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong
attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must
be willing and able to resume immediately.
- Must
be able to work from Gbagada, Lagos State.
Salary
N350,000 –
N400,000 monthly, depending on experience and suitability.
