Description
- The
Concierge will provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring their
requests are handled efficiently and professionally, and contributing to
an exceptional hospitality experience.
Key
Responsibilities
- Welcome
and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Provide
information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
- Assist
with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements and other guest
requests.
- Coordinate
airport transfers, taxis and other transportation requirements.
- Assist
with luggage and guest belongings where necessary.
- Handle
special requests promptly and professionally.
- Liaise
with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, events and
services.
- Assist
VIP guests and coordinate special arrangements.
- Resolve
routine guest concerns and escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Maintain
excellent grooming, courtesy and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum
of OND/HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related discipline.
- Minimum
of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, concierge, front office or guest
services.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong
knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and transportation options.
- Excellent
customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Smart
and professional appearance.
- Ability
to remain composed under pressure.
- Ability
to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary
N150,000
monthly.
