Responsibilities
- Welcome
& check in clients professionally
- Supervise
& support the consultation process
- Maintain
accurate client records & service notes
- Guide
clients on their hair goals & journey
- Coordinate
with hairstylists to meet client expectations
- Monitor
service flow & client comfort
- Resolve
client concerns promptly & professionally
- Uphold
Candace service standards & assist with operational follow-ups
Requirements
- Female
applicants only
- 2+
years' experience in customer service, hospitality, client relations, or
operations.
- Excellent
communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong
organisation & record-keeping skills
- Calm,
professional, & detail-oriented
- Passion
for beauty, client care & helping clients reach their hair goals.
