Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests courteously.
Present menus and assist customers in making their selections.
Take and relay food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to attend to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
