Job Title: Sales Staff
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Promote and sell solar inverters and related products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and site visits
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar inverter solutions
Prepare quotations, conduct product demos, and follow up on proposals
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitor activities
Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
1 - 2 years sales experience (solar or technical sales is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of solar power or interest in renewable energy
Good communication and people skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable using email, Excel, and basic digital tools
Willing to travel when needed.
