We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Staff

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties


  • Promote and sell solar inverters and related products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and site visits

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar inverter solutions

  • Prepare quotations, conduct product demos, and follow up on proposals

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support

  • Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitor activities

  • Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field

  • 1 - 2 years sales experience (solar or technical sales is an advantage)

  • Basic knowledge of solar power or interest in renewable energy

  • Good communication and people skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable using email, Excel, and basic digital tools

  • Willing to travel when needed.
