Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner
Location: Enugu

Description
The ideal candidate will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, while serving as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop corresponding HR strategies.
Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
Manage employee relations issues and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Facilitate change management initiatives and ensure effective communication across teams.
Partner with line managers to implement performance appraisal systems and ensure employee development.
Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Act as an advocate for both employees and the company to drive engagement and productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Nigeria.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
