Job Summary
We seek an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our Ogere, Ogun State team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, implementing safety policies, and promoting environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement HSE Policies: Create, review, and update HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments to mitigate risks.
Safety Training: Provide training and awareness programs for employees on HSE policies and procedures.
Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Environmental Sustainability: Promote environmental sustainability practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Requirements
Education: HND in Safety or a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety).
Experience: 3-5years of experience in HSE roles.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
