Description

company's strong growth.
Responsibilities
Your primarily mission will be to plan for and ensure the recruitment of staff
sufficient to organisation needs trough:
- Talent
Attraction
- Candidate
interview experience
- Data Management
and Reporting
- Employee
Engagement & Project Management
On a
Daily Basis, you will:
- Liaise with the
Recruitment Manager to determine staffing requirements
- Use internal and
external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
- Ensure compliance
with employment and data protection related legal requirements
- Organise and take
part in interview procedures as required
- Develop and keep
up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources
issues
- Plan &
Organize for Test Sessions.Interviews.
- Assist the
recruitment team with its day-to-day activities, e.g. Sourcing of CV.
- Organize
Technical Interview with the assessor (including the Subcontractor) and
update their feedback into the necessary file and the Database/Talentsoft
- Organize HR
Interviews and document the information into the HR file (with the
assessment results)
Profile
If You Are/have …
- Extensive
experience using Excel
- Undergraduate in
any Engineering Disciplines or Social Sciences
- Familiarity with
application tracking systems
- Strong
competences of Excel
- Strong sense of
accountability for one's work
