Position: Data Capture Agent
Reporting to: Team Leader
Supervises: None
Salary Range: KShs 10,000 - 15,000 per Month
To accurately capture data with high levels of accuracy, work could include descriptions; tagging and data mining whist meeting Key Performance Indicators and thereby Service Levels.
Education and Skills:-
- Must have a high school certificate and basic
ICT training
- Good IT literacy skills
- Minimum Typing speed of 20WPM with 97%
accuracy.
- Ability to navigate the keyboard easily,
whilst reading and capturing information from the computer screen.
Key competencies and
attributes:
- Attention to detail as accuracy and
completeness of data is essential.
- Ability to handle busy periods by managing
one’s stress levels.
- Maintains a positive attitude and enthusiasm
when faced with routine work
- Flexible to work shift hours; which includes
night shift
- Focus will be on production of quality work.
