Reporting to the Property Manager, the successful candidate will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Conducting valuation of properties.
- Negotiating leases for buildings/land for company operational use.
- Acquiring land on behalf of the Company.
- Liaising with local authorities and government institutions on statutory payment of levies and other requirements.
- Maintaining and updating register of company properties.
- Identifying cost effective office space and staff accommodation as necessary.
- Undertaking any other duties as may be assigned.
Appointment Specification
Applicants should be in possession of the following:

- Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics.
- Member of Institute of Surveyors of Kenya.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- At least three (3) years relevant working experience.
- IT user skills.
