Receptionist (WRC/REC/5/2011) Job in Kenya

Reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Receiving and handling guests visiting WRC offices
  • Maintaining a customer-friendly reception area
  • Operating and maintaining telephone switchboard
  • Handling in-coming and out-going mails, messages and parcels
  • Handling and maintenance of front office equipments
  • Assisting finance and operations manager in making staff travel arrangements
  • Any other duty that may be allocated by the supervisor from time to time.

Required:
  • Secretarial & Front Office Mgt. Training
  • Computer Literate in Ms Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Access
  • Minimum one year experience in a busy professional firm
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred
