Description
Specialist assurance on completion assemblies and pressure-containing equipment.
Inspect/redress packers, safety valves, SSDs, screens; verify elastomer specs vs well fluids/temps.
Witness pressure tests, function tests, gauge calibrations; review shop redress reports.
Oversee clean-room handling, dope specs, cleanliness, and preservation; maintain serialized traceability.
Approve final completion dossier: tally, pressure charts, torque-turn, redline schematics.
Job Requirements
7+ yrs completions QA
IWCF L3+ desirable
Strong OEM/procedural familiarity.
