We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Business Development Manager / Business Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and tenant acquisition

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth markets

  • Oversee property sourcing, setup, branding, furnishing, and conversion to hospitality-grade standards

  • Manage day-to-day operations, guest services, maintenance, and quality assurance across all properties

  • Build, train, and oversee a high-performing network of agents and brokers to drive sales

  • Lead digital and offline campaigns, public relations, and market positioning initiatives

  • Set revenue targets, forecast sales, and optimize pricing strategies to maximize returns

  • Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality and support teams, ensuring service standards are met

  • Implement SOPs, compliance frameworks, and performance tracking systems

  • Coordinate project rollouts, expansions, and cross-functional initiatives

  • Ensure budget adherence, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related fields (Postgraduate degree an advantage)

  • Minimum of 12 years’ combined experience in property management, hospitality, and business development/marketing

  • Proven track record in growing occupancy, managing multi-site assets, and delivering revenue growth

  • Experience in agent/broker management, brand building, and digital marketing

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Business development, sales, and marketing expertise

  • Property & hospitality operations management

  • Agent network growth and performance management.
