Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) is an added advantage.
A minimum of 8 years of working experience.
At least 5 years of strategic-level experience in business development, branding, or marketing.
Experience in the real estate, financial services, or luxury retail sectors.
A strong understanding of strategic marketing planning and implementation.
Deep knowledge of lead generation techniques, digital marketing tools, and campaign design.
Proficiency in brand management and communications, including public relations and content development.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Plan and implement targeted campaigns (digital and offline) to promote our projects and services.
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to refine our positioning.
Drive the company's presence on social media, the web, and other digital platforms.
Create and run multi-channel content and advertising campaigns tailored to segmented audiences.
Build, manage, and expand a high-performing network of independent sales agents and brokers.
Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
