Job Title: Sales Manager - Catering & Events

Job Summary
The Sales Manager for Catering and Events is responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships to grow the company’s catering and event services.
This role focuses on lead generation, sales strategy, and coordination with the operations and culinary teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, target-driven, and experienced in event or hospitality sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase catering and event bookings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate, private events, weddings, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and detailed event plans.
Coordinate with the operations, kitchen, and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at networking events, expos, and trade shows.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Maintain a CRM system for tracking leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven sales experience in catering, hospitality, or event management.
Strong network within corporate and private event sectors is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
