Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Purpose
To increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive sales of dialysis and renal healthcare services across all Rencare and Oncoclinics centres in Lagos and its environs.
The role is responsible for customer acquisition, campaign execution, outreach, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies focused on renal and dialysis services.
Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calls, digital campaigns, and networking.
Create awareness of Rencare and Oncoclinics brands through strategic outreach and community engagements.
Build strong client relationships and follow up on leads to convert prospects into paying customers.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvement strategies.
Attend and represent the company at relevant health fairs, seminars, conferences, and other outreach programs.
Manage and maintain the patient/client database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Track marketing activities and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Oversee the distribution of marketing materials across all touchpoints.
Maintain relationships with partners, media houses, and advertising platforms for placement opportunities.
Support social media marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Experience with outreach programs and B2C engagement is an added advantage.
Professional certifications in marketing or healthcare-related fields are a plus.
