Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Purpose

  • To increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive sales of dialysis and renal healthcare services across all Rencare and Oncoclinics centres in Lagos and its environs.

  • The role is responsible for customer acquisition, campaign execution, outreach, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies focused on renal and dialysis services.

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calls, digital campaigns, and networking.

  • Create awareness of Rencare and Oncoclinics brands through strategic outreach and community engagements.

  • Build strong client relationships and follow up on leads to convert prospects into paying customers.

  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvement strategies.

  • Attend and represent the company at relevant health fairs, seminars, conferences, and other outreach programs.

  • Manage and maintain the patient/client database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Track marketing activities and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Oversee the distribution of marketing materials across all touchpoints.

  • Maintain relationships with partners, media houses, and advertising platforms for placement opportunities.

  • Support social media marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Experience with outreach programs and B2C engagement is an added advantage.

  • Professional certifications in marketing or healthcare-related fields are a plus.
