Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Reports To: HR Manager
Job Summary
The HR Officer will support the HR Manager in daily human resources operations including recruitment, documentation, payroll coordination, welfare administration, and general HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates and manage recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding logistics.
Assist with onboarding, induction, and proper documentation of new hires.
Support payroll processing and maintain attendance and leave records in collaboration with Finance.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies by maintaining proper documentation.
Provide support for employee concerns, escalating where necessary.
Maintain up-to-date personnel files, contracts, and other employee records.
Assist in coordinating administrative tasks such as distribution of uniforms, canteen operations, and staff welfare activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience with strong background in recruitment
Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
