We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer (NYSC)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC
Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally (via phone, email, or in person)
Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions
Assist with administrative support as needed
Requirements
Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and able to learn quickly
Must be available to work physically (not a remote role)
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (Saturdays when necessary).
