Description

  • We are recruiting smart, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Fulfillment Center Agents in a full-time role.

Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

  • Support the fulfillment and service processes as required.

Requirements

  • Must hold an HND or B.Sc in any discipline (no OND/NCE).

  • 0 - 1 year experience in customer service or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to provide excellent service and contribute to team success.

  • Must be 27 years old or younger.

Salary
N138,000 / Month plus attractive benefits.
