Description
We are recruiting smart, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Fulfillment Center Agents in a full-time role.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Support the fulfillment and service processes as required.
Requirements
Must hold an HND or B.Sc in any discipline (no OND/NCE).
0 - 1 year experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to provide excellent service and contribute to team success.
Must be 27 years old or younger.
Salary
N138,000 / Month plus attractive benefits.
