We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin and Customer Support Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Direct guests to the appropriate departments or personnel

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office and reception area

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails

  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely restocking

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate staff calendars

  • Book meeting rooms, venues, and travel arrangements as needed

  • Maintain both digital and physical filing and documentation systems

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document formatting

  • Provide general administrative support to HR, finance, and other departments

  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files

  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and staff activities.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
