We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Admin and Customer Support Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Direct guests to the appropriate departments or personnel
Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office and reception area
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails
Manage office supplies and ensure timely restocking
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate staff calendars
Book meeting rooms, venues, and travel arrangements as needed
Maintain both digital and physical filing and documentation systems
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document formatting
Provide general administrative support to HR, finance, and other departments
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and staff activities.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
