We are an advertising company that focuses in providing out of home branding visibility in unique locations. 

We have unique business model and work with concessions that include malls and shopping centers. 
Job Brief: We are looking for a competitive commercialization executive to be part of our commercialization team. 

The individual should be able to implement and develop the sales and business strategy.

The above person should also create and close new sales and clients, maintain existing clients and further development of these leads. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing company revenue.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
  • Selling of media space to existing and new clients.
  • Management and Promotion of Concessional media and other company media.
  • Innovative media development and research.
  • Client Service
  • General responsibilities.
Sales responsibilities
  • Map out new revenue streams in their respective locations.
  • Media Sales pitching. Implementing and develop company and sites sales strategy.
  • Developing new sales leads as per the company sales strategy.
  • Identifying new clients along the existing media/ advertising business lines
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet individual and team sales quotas.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Maintain and expand client database.
  • Create marketing calendars for the different locations in line with the company’s revenue targets.
Client Service

  • Create reports for site owners and keep an open line for client communication.
  • Direct and manage client expectations.
  • Coordinate art work from concept to production and flighting.
  • Negotiate with Site landlords for better incentives and pricing
General Responsibilities
  • Work as a part of the team to develop and enhance Sales strategy.
  • Coordinate teams during events.
  • Manage the landlords and Site expectations.
  • Identify new media opportunities with clients.
Requirements

Education
  • Higher diploma in Marketing or a related field. A degree would be more desirable
  • Computer Skills are mandatory, can work with Microsoft packages high level skill in Excel and Power point (can create impressive decks, pitches and presentations), and should also type adequately quickly.
  • High level language skill in English both spoken and written.
Experience
  • Experience in service oriented related business/ sales. Media Sales experience is an advantage. 
  • Familiarity with the advertising market in Kenya. I.e. Agencies, Billboard advertising is an additional advantage.
  • Experience in managing events and multiple suppliers.
  • Experience in high level multi- tasking and complex task achievement
  • Track record of achieving goals.

Hours:
 Flexible, may include weekends and night work
