Sales Administrator and Tendering Officer
 
Key Responsibilities: Working on tenders, working on prequalification’s, timely applying for bid bonds and performance bonds, drafting acceptance letters, reading and understanding tender documents, working on IFMIS, working on quotations, responding to sales emails and enquiries, preparation of sales reports, checking on quotations and forwarding to the relevant sales person
 


Academic & Professional Qualifications: 
  • Bachelors degree in business related course ie accounting, sales and marketing, law, quantity surveying, CPA(K) or any other related field. 
Relevant Work Experience: 
  • Minimum 3 years having vast experience in preparation of tenders, prequalification and Expression of Interest. 
  • Conversant with IFMIS and excel Experience in furniture industry will be an added advantage.

Sales Executive
 

Key Responsibilities: Generate New Business, Customer Relationship Management, Meet Set Sales Targets.
 
Academic & Professional qualifications: Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience: Worked with Office Products, Furniture, Equipment or equivalent, Minimum 3 years’.

Credit Control Officer
 
Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Customer Statements, Demand Letters and Reports, Timely Collection of Debts, Timely Delivery of Invoices and Delivery Notes. Timely reconciliations using sage
 
Academic & Professional qualifications: Diploma in Credit Management, CPA 2. 

Relevant Work Experience: 2 years Debt Collection especially in Government and Parastatals.

Purchasing Officer
 
Key Responsibilities: Preparation of LPO’s using sage system, procurement and inspection of high quality goods local and international, effectively follow up with suppliers to ensure quick delivery, negotiating payment terms with suppliers, preparation of suppliers payment documents, accounting for stocks ordered. 

Academic & Professional qualifications: Diploma in Purchasing and supplies, CPA 2, accounting or any related field

Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ in a Similar Position, Sage Pastel.
