Irrigation
Manager
Job
Description:
- Planning,
operation and maintenance in rose culture irrigation system through a
Hoogendoorn computer.
- Planning,
organizing and coordinating irrigation labor, equipment and materials.
- Monitoring
performance of irrigation activities and directing necessary corrections
- Providing
timely and accurate reports on work performance;
- Performing
administrative duties, training and motivating sub-ordinates.
Crop Protection
Manager
Job
Description: You will
manage a local team and report directly to the Farm Manager. You are
responsible for the scouting, pest control planning, execution and follow up to
obtain continuity and reliability of disease and pest free high quality
product.
Must have: Experience in rose crop protection minimum 5
years.
Responsibilities
for both Job Key Functions:
- Close
communication with the farm manager and the Dutch mother company to whom
the production is destined.
- Manage
and train responsible supervisors. Improvement of process and output
efficiency.

Salary: Negotiable depending on the
experience and background of the applicant.
Place of work: Alemgena – Kerbu Hurbu Area, 20 kms. from the center of Addis Ababa.
A comfortable residential house in higher Standard is available direct in the flower farm.
Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English
Age: Preferably 30 – 40 years.
Work Experience: Must have at least 5 Years of progressively relevant managerial working experience in a reputed organization is dispensing. Computer literacy is an added advantage.
