IT Officer
Specifications of the job
- Ensure
functionality and security of IT infrastructure
- Managing
IT purchases and IT infrastructure on behalf of the company (hardware and
network) ; needs analysis, procurement, materialization, equipment
maintenance, inventory, functional assessment
- Ensure
maintenance and technical advice and correspondence with head office
- Ensure
compliance by IT users to the IT charter and corporate procedures
- Carry
out computer backups for the agency (AS400, databases servers) and ensure
the smooth running of backups on remote sites
- Optimize
costs of IT equipment
- Get
IT waste from sites and ensure their recovery by different processing
stations
Person
Profile
- Bachelor’s
degree in ICT or related field
- 2
– 4 years hands-on experience in a reputable organization
- Mastery
in IT networks and servers
- Ability
to work independently and with minimum supervision
NOTE
- This
is an urgent position therefore only candidates able to join within 3
