Siraji SACCO seeks to invite qualified, experienced and self driven applicants to fill the position of Operations Officer to be based in Naivasha.
 

The Operations Officer will be key driver in successful market entry and growth of the Naivasha Branch while coordinating and marshalling resources towards a common goal.

Job summary
 
Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating day to day operations of the branch.
  • Driving business growth of the branch to meet key targets.
  • Provide leadership direction, supervision and pace to the branch staff.
  • Manage and control branch expenditure within agreed budgets.
  • Any other duty allocated by the C.E.O.
Knowledge and Skills requirement
  • Diploma in Co-operative management / banking / marketing / business administration or in a business related field.
  • CPA II and above
  • Minimum (2) years experience in a management level preferably in SACCO or banking environment.
  • Should possess strong ICT skills.
  • Degree in Co-operative management/banking/marketing/business administration will be an added advantage.
  • Should demonstrate team building, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet strict deadlines.
  • High degree of integrity.
