Naivasha Branch while coordinating and marshalling resources towards a common
goal.

Job summary
Duties and
responsibilities include:
- Coordinating day to day operations
of the branch.
- Driving business growth of the
branch to meet key targets.
- Provide leadership direction,
supervision and pace to the branch staff.
- Manage and control branch
expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Any other duty allocated by the
C.E.O.
Knowledge and Skills requirement
- Diploma in Co-operative management /
banking / marketing / business administration or in a business related
field.
- CPA II and above
- Minimum (2) years experience in a
management level preferably in SACCO or banking environment.
- Should possess strong ICT skills.
- Degree in Co-operative
management/banking/marketing/business administration will be an added
advantage.
- Should demonstrate team building,
leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum
supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- High degree of integrity.
