Marketing Team Leader (20k+Commission)
Duties
and Responsibilities
- Sale of the
company properties
- Understand and
being an integral part of the strategy & development, design of the
marketing functions.
- Drive the vision
and direction of the team.
- Communicate
frequently with the team members, encouraging team work and responsible
for the team performance
- Provides
information by answering questions and requests.
- Managing and
coordinating all the marketing ,advertising and promotion
- Developing and
reviewing the marketing plans to ensure the attainment of the company
targets
- Conducting
market research and survey to provide information on improvements
Qualifications
and Skills:
- Certificate
/Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- At least 5
years’ experience in Real Estate Industry (Must)
- Ability to
handle target sales and deliver on time
- A team player
with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic
thinker
- Ability to work
in a team
- Ability to work
under pressure
- Good reporting
skills
- Excellent
working skills with Microsoft Office and a database package.
- Leadership

Marketers (10K+ Commission)
Duties
and Responsibilities
- Sale of
companies property
- Sourcing for
properties for sale, letting and management
- Handling clients
enquires promptly
- Disseminating
information regarding status of properties acquired for sale and potential
properties
- Preparing daily,
weekly and monthly reports
- Supporting the
implementation of a marketing strategy
- Carrying out any
other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Market
intelligence
- Representing the
company in conferences and sales exhibitions
Required
Qualifications
- Certificate
/Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- At least 3
years’ of experience in Real Estate Industry (Must)
- Excellent inter
personal and communication skills
- Organized and a
good planner with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work
under pressure
- Excellent
working skills with Microsoft Office and a database package.
