Mombasa, invites applications for the following challenging positions.
Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f)
- In charge of all
sales and marketing activities for the local market with the aim of
increasing occupancy and yield of our products.
- Develop and
updating of the sales & marketing plan with concrete measures and
goals ¡n liaison with the German sales head office.
- Negotiations and
conclusions of contracts with agents, corporates, government institutions;
strengthen of customer retention through regular sales calls, customer and
fair visits, site inspections of famtrips.
- Co-ordinate and
organize together with FC and F&B department in-house conferences,
seminars, special functions, weddings and outside caterings.
- Responsible for
preparation of marketing material and social media. activities; contact
person for the media and organization of press trips.
- Prepare sales
reports and statistics, administrate sales database.
We
expect
- At least 3 years
working experience in a similar sales and marketing position in the
tourism industry with very good knowledge of the local market.
- A self-starter
with well-developed level of judgment, communication and presentation
skills, a team player with professional attitude.
- Very good
computer skills in all features of Microsoft Office.
- A foreign
language (preferably German) will be an added bonus.
Housekeeper
- To assist the Head
of Housekeeping to run the entire Housekeeping and Laundry Department.
- Work on
strengthening the performance and training of all staff.
We
expect
- A young and
dynamic self starter with good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities
and a team player.
- At least 5 years
experience working in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Good computer
skills in Microsoft Office.
- Fidelio and
German language an added advantage.
