/ Science Graduate + MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience:
5-6 years experience
with good track record in selling Laboratory Equipments/Scientific Equipments/
Healthcare Equipment primarily to Universities, Colleges, Teaching Hospitals,
Hospitals, Pathology Labs in Kenya and the East African
markets.
Should have good
knowledge of Government and Tender business.
Should have the
ability to set up a dealer sales channel in the referred countries.
Role & Responsibilities:

- To create a
dealer channel for our microscopes with scientific and medical equipment
dealers in East Africa covering all Educational Institutions, Hospitals
and Diagnostic
labs
- Research,
Analyze/Evaluate the competitors’ position and activities in
these markets and give regular
update
- To do Brand
promotion through local exhibitions, relevant local conferences
etc.
- Responsible for
quoting in each and every relevant tender in the
region.
- Responsible for
Developing Private Markets eg. Private Hospitals, Clinical Diagnostic
labs, and Nursing
Homes
- Willing to
travel extensively for ground work in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and other
countries in the
region.
- To set up a
service network through the dealer
channel
- Take
responsibility for achieving the allocated Annual Targets.
