Human Resource and Administration Manager
A well-established HR Consultancy firm is looking for a Human Resource & Administration Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Heading the
Department of HR & Administration with overall responsibility of
developing and managing the human resource of the organization
- Managing general
HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, performance management system,
staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits
administration;
- Managing
employee relations, conflict resolution, welfare employee services and
counseling;
- Ensuring proper
maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents
- Managing labour
law and other regulatory policy compliances;
- Managing and
coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings
for outsourced staff
- Managing general
administration matters.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources
Management/Higher Diploma in HRM from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 5 years
of experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational
Development 2 of which should be in heading the HR & Administration
function.

- Good command
over oral and written communication skills both in English and Kiswahili;

accuracy.
- Financial
management knowledge – at least fundamental level i.e. Very good with
numbers and figures.
- Good interpersonal
skills with proven ability to lead a team, influence others to accomplish
collective goals
- Ability to work
and deliver with set deadlines
- Well-developed
Information Communication and Technology (ICT) skills with hands on
experience with computerized accountings applications and Microsoft office
software(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
- Highly
analytical and organized, with high degree of initiative
