This is a management position leading a team of researchers as well as being
involved in business development and building lasting client

We
require an individual with effective commercial and financial acumen
experienced in people management and development.
- A 3 year degree
preferably in Research, Marketing, Business, Economics of Social Sciences
(masters degree in any of these fields is a plus);
- a minimum of 4
years relevant market research experience in a research agency, client
company or management or marketing consultancy;
- experience in
managing all stages of projects from brief to presentation to clients and
at least one years experience managing direct reports are pre-requisites
for this position.
- You should be a
client oriented individual with effective, interpersonal, planning &
organisation, analytical & project management skills together with a
passion for brands and advertising.
- The ability to
manage yourself, perform under pressure, behave maturely with integrity
are essential attributes to being successful in this role.
