Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures

Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Developing initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the company
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assists in the implementation
of marketing plans as needed.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Provides timely & accurate reviews from consumers on all development properties.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
Creates and conducts proposal presentations.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented
He/she is required to meet monthly targets
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Be fluent
and confident in English language communication.
- Have a
minimum of diploma in sales and marketing/ a related field.
- Be self
motivated and confident to market up property in Nairobi both to middle and
high income earners.
- Someone who
has is a go getter
- Be
conversant with Nairobi and its environs
- Above all of
these is integrity, with focus and lots of confidence.
- With over 2
years of experience as a sales person or executive, previous experience in
the real estate will be an added advantage.
- Must have a
natural talent for sales.
- Strong
understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Will be
compensated a retainer of 20-30k plus commission
