Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the supermarket/Pharmacy, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage and supervise supermarket staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products.
Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability, including merchandising and promotional activities.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc. Degree in any related field of study
1-2 years of experience working in a supermarket or retail environment.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.
