Egerton University, the oldest institution of higher learning in
Kenya, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals
with excellent credentials to fill the following posts:
Accounts Controller
Grade 15
1 Post
EU/AF/2012- 0511
Applicants must have the following academic/professional
qualifications:
·
Masters degree in the relevant field from a recognized
institution.
·
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) or its equivalent from
a recognized institution.
·
Be a CPA (K) and a registered member of ICPAK
·
Must have knowledge of computerized accounting
·
Must have a proof of exemplary work performance.
·
Proven leadership qualities will have an added advantage
·
Must be of high ethical standards, integrity and professionalism
Experience: Must
have served in a senior position in a reputable organization for at least three
(3) years.
2. Audit Department
Internal Audit Manager
Grade 15
1 Post
EU/AF/2012-0512
Applicants must have the following academic/professional
qualifications:
·
Masters degree in the relevant field from a recognized
institution.
·
Be a holder of CIA or CPA or CISA Final
·
Must have knowledge of computerized accounting
·
Must have a proof of exemplary work performance.
·
Must be a registered member of IIA or ICPAK or ISACA
·
Proven leadership qualities will have an added advantage
·
Must be of high ethical standards, integrity and professionalism
Experience: Must
have served in a senior position in a reputable organization for at least three
(3) years.
Terms of Service
The above posts will be on Permanent and Pensionable terms of
service following a satisfactory probationary period.
Salary Scale
The salary scale for the above posts is:-
Grade 15 – Kshs. 113,140 x 3,687 – 135,262 x 6,068 – 165,600/=
per month
