Purpose:
To support the overall education process by working to assure the optimal
physical, mental, emotional and social health and well being of the students.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan
and implements school health management practices.
Develop procedures and provide for emergency nursing management for injuries/illnesses.
Promotes and assists in the control of communicable diseases.
Serve as a resource person to the school staff members in health instruction.
Provide consultation in the formation of health policies, goals and objectives for the school.
Supervise kitchen staff, cleaning and domestic staff.
Oversee the ordering of cleaning, domestic and medical supplies.
Carry out inventories of fixtures and fittings and report the need for repairs and replacements.
Ensure the successful running of the kitchen while coordinating meal planning.
Oversee end-to-end smooth running of boarding facilities.

Education and Qualifications
Registered
Nurse
Diploma in Housekeeping
Two years minimum working experience in a similar role preferably in a learning institution
