Personal Assistant Law Firm Jobs Kenya.

A Law Firm based in Nairobi is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner.
Duties include:
Agenda/diary management
General correspondence by email & post with limited instruction, on various topic and
follow-up on pending matters
Preparing of documents and meeting papers
Coordinating and booking of travel arrangements
Researching contact details and contact database management
Filing & responsibility for the archive
Responding to urgent, ad hoc requests
Telephone work, fixing meetings, making appointments and other administrative work
In charge of Office Administration
Qualifications required:

At least 3 years experience in a similar position
Diploma in a relevant field
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Sense of responsibility and ability to take initiative
High degree of attention to detail
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Loyalty and sense of confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office
Diploma in IT studies will be an added advantage.
