Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate workshop activities through managing a team
* Trouble shooting on machineries
* Overall supervise, technical supervise on engines, gear boxes, differentials, brakes, steering, actual existence and other technical service.
* Follow procedures given by standards on after sales
* Trouble shooting on machineries

Key Competencies / Occupational Skills/ Personality Traits/ Profile
* Excellent leadership skills,
* Basic computer knowledge
* Customer Oriented
* Degree in mechanical engineering
* 3-5 years
* Preferably in the same capacity and industry
* Knowledge of mechanic haudralics parts, managing & construction equipment sites
* Willing to travel within East Africa and across the world for training
