Biomedical Limited was incorporated as a private
limited liability company in April 1978 with interest in the manufacture of critical care products
indispensable in healthcare delivery. Biomedical is the first
pharmaceutical company in Nigeria to manufacture and distribute intravenous
fluids, Dialysis and irrigation fluids and oral rehydration salts we commenced production
on August 21, 1981 at our factory located in Ilorin, Kwara State is spread over
24,380sqm.
As pioneer producers on this life very essential
life-saving medication, we pride ourselves in producing high quality products.
Our trail blazing efforts has made Nigeria self sufficient in intravenous and
other perfusion fluids.

visionary, and result-driven candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
The
Role
- Ensures
implementation of company quality management system to effect current Good
Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
- Supervises
production and all production activities.
- Ensures
optimum capacity utilization in the plant.
- Manufacturing
and material usage
- Authorizes
products manufacture.
- Ensures
that on the job training and development of personnel is conducted as
planned
- Regularly
liaises with Health Authorities and advises Management accordingly
- Responsible
for Registration of all company’s products with Regulatory Authorities.
- Liaise
with bodies such as the Pharmaceutical Group of the Manufacturers,
Association of Nigeria (PMGMAN), National Agency for Food Drugs
Administration and Control (NAFDAC), The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS),
and Federal and State Ministries of Health.
- Attend
to product registration, product licenses & relevant regulatory
Matters.
- Carry
out other function(s) within or outside the factory as may be
assigned by management.
- Report
directly to the Factory Manager
Requirements
- The
candidate must be 35 years and above
- Must
possess B.Pharm with valid PCN Practicing license.
- Must
have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical production
line
- Adequate
knowledge of all the products line formulations and production including
syrup, Infusions and tableting.
- Adequate
Knowledge of products dozier preparations.
