Job Title: Pharmaceutical Trade Officer / Executive Assistant (Female)

Job
Responsibilities
- Monitor
open-market sales activities to assess product movement, market demand,
and sales trends.
- Monitor
the availability of products in the market and identify products
experiencing scarcity or limited supply.
- Coordinate
the procurement of goods and ensure that required products are sourced and
delivered in a timely manner.
- Track
goods in production and transit and provide regular updates on their
production status, shipment, and expected arrival.
- Monitor
competitors’ activities in open markets, including product availability,
pricing, promotions, and market presence.
- Monitor
stock positions and stock-outs and liaise with relevant departments to
ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Follow
up with Regulatory Affairs Officers on the progress of product
registration and renewal for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
- Follow
up with clearing agents on the clearance of imported goods and ensure that
shipments are cleared and delivered promptly.
- Support
activities relating to new product development and registration, including
coordinating relevant documentation and follow-ups with the appropriate
departments.
- Provide
administrative and operational support to the overseas office by
coordinating activities involving various departments and addressing
matters relating to Sales Representatives.
Requirements
- Preferably
a pharmacist who will handle most of the Idumota-related tasks.
