Job
Summary
- We
are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales/ Loan Officer to
join our team.
- The
ideal candidate must have solid experience in sales, preferably within a
microfinance bank or financial institution, with a proven ability to
generate leads, acquire customers, and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop
and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify
and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote
the bank’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Build
and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate
leads and follow up on prospective customers.
- Prepare
regular sales and performance reports.
- Meet
and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- B.Sc.
in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or
a related field.
- 4–5
years of proven sales experience.
- Previous
experience in a microfinance bank or financial institution is required.
- Strong
knowledge of sales and customer acquisition.
- Proven
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good
knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Must
be target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
Salary
N150,000 -
N200,000 / month.
