Job Title: Chef
Location: No. 6B Dire-Dawa Street,
Wuse Zone 6, FCT - Abuja
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and supervise the preparation of all the Meals
including the Cuisines.
- Develop and maintain high-quality food standards and recipes.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, portion sizes, and consistency.
- Manage food inventory and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in menu planning and costing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Chef in a reputable
restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment.
- Culinary training or relevant professional qualification is an added
advantage.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian, continental, and other popular cuisines.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Schedule
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High standards of food hygiene and safety.
