Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our Technical Department!
As a NOC Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Network monitoring and maintenance
Ticket management and troubleshooting
Network performance optimization
Documentation and reporting
Collaboration and teamwork.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
Optimize network performance and capacity planning
Document network configurations and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Expertise in networking technologies, network monitoring, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of ISP technologies, internet protocols, and traffic engineering
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
2-3 years of experience in a NOC or similar role
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and equipment.
