Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving HR strategies, managing workforce operations, and fostering employee engagement in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years progressive HR experience.
CIPM certification is mandatory
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance
Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
